Certification and compliance

• Growing unit: GLOBALG.A.P. certified. We do not supply from uncertified units.
• Packing house: BRCGS or IFS certified.
• Social compliance: GRASP or SMETA documentation of the assigned unit, available on request.
• Residues: EU maximum residue levels (Regulation (EC) No 396/2005). Stricter buyer specifications on request.
• Phytosanitary: certificate issued by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA, ISPM 12).
• Certificates: scheme, number and validity, in the name of the assigned unit, supplied with each programme.

Packing and logistics

• Traceability: every carton carries a lot code leading back to the growing unit and the packing house.
• Shipping: FOB, CFR or CIF from Santos or Pecém; sea freight according to product and season.
• Documents: commercial invoice and packing list, MAPA phytosanitary certificate, certificate or proof of origin where applicable, and shipment analyses against destination and buyer requirements.

How we quote

A firm price needs a closed specification: variety, pack, volume and shipment window. Quoting per enquiry lets us assign the right growing unit and give you its own certificates. Prices carry a stated validity, because the value of fresh produce follows the harvest cycle and international demand. The EU–Mercosur interim trade agreement has applied provisionally since 1 May 2026.
